Settlement in the Claim Regarding the ICL Bonuses, filed by our Firm: Former Executives will Refund NIS 6.5 Million to the Company

A settlement agreement was reached in the derivative claim filed by Adv. Ronen Adini regarding the unlawful bonuses paid by ICL to their executive officers throughout the years 2014-2015.
As part of the settlement agreement, the defendants will pay the Company a total of NIS 6.5 million, plus reimbursement in the amount of NIS 100,000.
