In response, ICL established an independent committee, headed by Judge Modric, which decided that the claim was ungrounded. Following this, Adv. Ronen Adini, who filed the claim, demanded to summon the committee’s chairman, the retired judge Modric, to testify in order to provide details of the committee’s operation. Despite ICL’s objection, Judge Altuvia granted the request to call on Judge Modric.
