Our Firm Handles a Class Action Against ICL for Excessive, Monopolistic Fertilizer Prices

Our firm filed a class action on behalf of a public consumer who purchased fertilizers from ICL, for charging excessive, monopolistic prices.

A claim filed to the Central District Court claimed that ICL and its subsidiaries who produce and market solid phosphorus fertilizers had been taking advantage of the monopoly granted thereto by the state, and charging excessively high prices for the fertilizers.
