"Do not agree to an agreement that makes Elovitch exempt from lawsuits", so demands Adv. Ronen Adini, who is handling the derivative claim against Shaul Elovitch and the directors at Bezeq, due to the Bezeq-Yes Transaction, as part of which Bezeq paid Elovitch an excessive sum for his shares of Yes.

According to Adv. Ronen Adini, the exemption was given to Elovitch unlawfully, since the Bezeq-Yes Transaction he allegedly took NIS 500 more than Yes was truly worth; Adini also demanded that the banks object the proposed with arrangement Saidoff.

In a letter sent to Bezeq’s representatives, he writes that they must object to an agreement that grants Elovitch a sweeping exemption from all lawsuits, in light of the findings of the investigations against Elovich  According to Adv. Adini, if the directors do not object to an agreement that allows Elovitch to get away with it, this will be a violation of their fiduciary duty.
