The Supreme Court received an appeal filed by our firm, by counsel Adv. Ronen Adini, and ordered Partner Communications Company to disclose its documents

Supreme Court Justice, Esther Hayut, received a leave of appeal filed by Rami Kliot represented by Adv. Ronen Adini, and ordered Partner Communications Company to disclose various documents that were required thereof during the proceedings of a class action filed by Kliot. The plaintiff argued that Partner was violating its customers’ rights by offering a limited number of overseas Internet and phone call plans which, in most cases, lead to customers being forced to purchase extensive overseas Internet and phone call plans that they do not use. Partner does not enable customers to use the unutilized plan on the next trip abroad or in domestic calls, thereby violating the customers’ rights.
