A significant development in the derivative case against Bezeq, as part of the stakeholder transaction, in which Bezeq purchased Eurocom’s share of Yes. The Tel Aviv District Court judge, Ruth Ronen, authorized the plaintiff to file a revised statement of claim last weekend, after concluding that his request was “thorough, serious, and meticulous.”
