Dankner and the directors at Discount Investment Company to pay NIS 100 million for the Ma’ariv Transaction?

According to the settlement presented to the court in the derivative claim filed by Adv. Ronen Adini against the directors at Discount Investments Company for the acquisition of Ma’ariv, Nochi Dankner, Chairman of the Board, and its directors, will pay DIC an amount of NIS 100 million – of which USD 4 million will be paid from their out pockets.
