District Court (The Economic Division) Approves Class Action filed by our Firm on the “Wholesale Market” Reform

District Court (The Economic Division)

), in a 3-judge panel, rejected the appeal filed by Bezeq and its directors on the decision of the District Court, which approved the class action filed by our firm, in connection with deceitful information in Bezeq’s reports concerning the “Wholesale Market” reform. The plaintiff, represented by Adv. Ronen Adini argued that Bezeq had misled the investor public by withholding negative information about the “Wholesale Market” reform, which was announced by the Ministry of Communications and was meant to open the Israeli media market for competition.

Following the ruling that denied the request for a retrial, the claim is estimated at approx. NIS 750 million.
