The plaintiff, represented by Adv. Ronen Adini argued that Bezeq had misled the investor public by withholding negative information about the “Wholesale Market” reform, which was announced by the Ministry of Communications and was meant to open the Israeli media market for competition.
Following the ruling that denied the request for a retrial, the claim is estimated at approx. NIS 750 million.
