“Objectors to the Bezeq-Yes Transaction are Asked to Submit Their Testimonies”

Adv. Ronen Adini, who filed a petition for a derivative claim against Bezeq, asks the court to unorthodoxly call on Rami Numkin and Dudu Mizrachi to testify, due to their objection to the Bezeq Transaction.
Due to their objection to the Bezeq-Yes Transaction, Adv. Ronen Adini has appealed to the court asking to summon the director Rami Numkin and Bezeq’s Deputy CEO and former CFO, Dudu Mizrachi, as part of the derivative claim filed thereby against Bezeq, which has been taking place in the Tel Aviv District Court (The Economic Division).
