The plaintiffs argue that Hagshama marketed property in Hampstead – a prestigious neighborhood in London – to Israeli investors, but did not disclose that the property was a building for preservation, and could not be demolished. Therefore, the prestigious project that Hagshama was planning to construct and was marking to investors, could not be constructed in its place. Following the project’s failure, all funds invested by those 72 investors, a total of approx. NIS 20 million were lost and hence the claim was filed.
