Our Firm Represents an Israeli Company Against a Foreign Corporation in a Struggle for Judicial Authority in Israel

The Tadbik company, represented by counsel Adv. Ronen Adini, filed a claim in Israel against an international company, but the foreign corporation claimed that under the mutual agreement, only a court in the Netherlands is authorized to hear the legal dispute. The Israeli court rejected the argument and ruled that it was authorized to hear the claim.

Tadbik, which operates in the label field, has filed financial suit against the international Avery Dennison (AD) and its subsidiaries, claiming that it incurred NIS 4 million in damages as a result of faulty labels provided by the defendant.
