Success in Claim for Restitution of Executives’ Bonuses in ICL, Filed by Our Firm: Defendants Will Refund NIS 6.6 Million as part of the Settlement

A derivative claim filed by Adv. Ronen Adini against ICL's executives ended in a settlement, according to which defendants would pay the company NIS 6.6 million.

The petition to approve a derivative claim was filed in July 2016 by our firm on behalf of an ICL shareholder. The plaintiff argued that the company granted bonuses to ICL’s executives unlawfully and non-compliant with the Company’s remuneration policy. As part of the settlement agreement, the defendants agreed to refund a total of Nis 6.6 million to ICL.
