Dr. Asaf Raz is counsel to our firm. Dr. Raz received his S.J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Law) in 2021. In his scholarship, Dr. Raz writes on private and business law, with an emphasis on corporate law. His scholarly articles analyze the link between the economics of corporate law and its distinctive legal structure, including the law of corporate purpose, fiduciary duties, shareholders’ equitable rights, and the unique enforcement mechanisms inherent to this framework. Previously, Dr. Raz worked as a corporate litigator in Israel, handling a number of high-stakes derivative and class action cases.
