The Court has Decided that Our Firm shall Handle the Entire Derivative Claim for the Bezeq-Yes Transaction

After the executives at Bezeq were initially interrogated in June 2018, the Tel Aviv District Court received three different petitions for the disclosure of documents before filing a derivative claim ■ The Honorable Judge Kabub decided that the petitions would be stricken, because a major and well-grounded derivative claim on the acquisition of Yes by Bezeq, which was filed by Ronen Adini &. Co. was already ongoing

It hasn’t been long since the ISA investigators raided Bezeq’s headquarters in June of this year and detained the Company’s Controlling Shareholder, Shaul Elovitch, along with other executives, for a criminal investigation, and by until attorneys saw the potential inherent in the investigation and submitted to the District Court in Tel Aviv, one after the other, petitions for the disclosure and inspection of the Company’s documents. However, the District Court accepted the position of Adv. Ronen Adini, stating that the claim filed by our firm on behalf of a customer, Gil Amid, would be the claim that will carry on, and ordered to strike all 3 new claims.
